java - Distributing jar file using launch4j -

i have created jar file , linked .exe file using launch4j, working in computer created software, when try distribute software, .exe file or .jar file or .jnlp file, none working. when double click .exe file, error 

package.mainclass not found. program exit

how find error, if working in computer , not working when distribute it?
