Find And Replace with Multiple Words -

i trying replace same word in multiple files different words.

for instance, document 1 should search word x, , replace word 1 list. document 2 replaces word x word 2 list document 3 replaces word x word 3 list etc. etc.

i have tried textcrawler, , macros - don't know if possible or best way start.
