apache - Any way to find number of times PHP file was used by server? -

i'm working on older server (php 5.2 zend server 5.0.4) previous developer sent boss csv file of files used server (during browser requests) ordered count, i'm unable find in code or server config or stores or generates it, , not seeing documentation it.

does php/apache track info anywhere?
