are there existing libraries allow android tablet (4.0.4) without nfc chip interface external usb nfc reader/writer?

yes, acr 122 u can connected via usb otg cable. acr has android test app on driver page. in addition need nfc tools java interact reader (sending commands etc).

routes - Laravel 4 Wildcard Routing to Different Controllers -
