wpf - The application requires that assembly Microsoft.HTMLTrans.Interface version be installed first in the global assembly cache -

i have created wpf application. have used microsoft.sharepoint dll data lists. created deployment package . when run setup following error

unable install or run application. application requires assembly microsoft.htmltrans.interface version 12.0.0.0 installed first in global assembly cache.

i commented sharepoint method calls , instead accessed sharepoint lists using sharepoint web service approach. resolved issue.
